We had a great experience with Volta. Mason is highly knowledgeable about his craft, and he provided us with good ideas about how to arrange the lighting fixtures in our space. He and his crew were on time, pleasant, and very conscientious about keeping their work area neat and orderly. Also, he and his wife Kara are a pleasure to work with – they respond very quickly to emails and phone calls. We changed the scope of our project several times throughout (both to add and to remove tasks) and Mason and Kara were quick to provide us with updated cost estimates. In the end, the project cost less than we expected, and we are happy to have found such a top-notch electrician.
Mason and his team did an excellent job helping us replace several transformers and light fixtures. Our home looks much more modern and beautiful with the work they were able to do. They even went above and beyond with helping us to hang a few framed posters in our entry way. Volta was punctual (even made an early morning appointment for us); priced competitively (estimate was received ahead of time); and very easy to work with. They were respectful of our home, and kept plastic under everything as to not get our carpets dirty. In short, I was really impressed with their work product and professionalism. I would give Volta my highest recommendation.
I needed a new electric panel installed in my home. I contacted Mason and he was able to come to my house and give me an estimate within 2 days. I was in a time crunch to get the work completed. He had the best price out of four (4) electricians and could accomplish the work by the time I needed it done. He clearly explained the step-by-step process, completed the work within the timeframe given and the finished work came out clean and unintrusive. I’m definitely calling them the next time I need electric work done.
Matt and Cliff worked their butts off for two full days…to hang one ceiling fan! Mason and Kara kept in touch with us the entire time to ensure all was going well. And, never did Mason waiver on the price he quoted me after an iTremendous! We had two ceiling fans installed two weeks ago…one of them required installing all new wiring up to a 20 foot ceiling! The job seemd to become more complicated at every turn…no crawl space in the ceiling, no easy way to get an appropriate sized ladder into the house, etc, etc.

Mason and Kara run a great family-owned, small biz that is responsive, fair-priced and delivers great service. I loved how they were über-communicative about scheduling of the work and to ensure that the scope of service was exactly what I wanted. Mason came over in the first day to walk through the work and to ensure that his crew understood everything and kept the place clean. I can’t recommend these guys enough and hope folks will support this local biz!
